We have a request from a high school librarian in charge of a student reading program for mystery and thriller books. It would be considered a plus if your main character is female. If you are a subscriber please submit a synopsis of your book. If you are not a subscriber, please register and input the details of your books. This is a free listing which you may access through this link: http://www.authorsmarketingpro.com/free-books/. Then select the button under the heading “Promote Your Books to Studios and Producers”. If your book is a fit, we will be notified by the librarian and you will have an opportunity to upgrade. Your book may be either self-published or traditionally published.

One Comment so far:

  1. We have a mystery western with a strong female lead, called “To Swallow the Earth” 978-0692407974 (summer 2015 release. Premio Publishing)
Wade Forester must stay in the shadows because, it seems, everyone has reason to shoot at him. His father disappeared, and his sister won’t speak a word to anyone. Beautiful Patricia Laughlin is searching for her family as well. Few people gain her trust or approval, though landowner Bridger Calhoun just might be the man to do it.
After conflict throws them to opposite sides, Wade must decide if risking his life to help Patricia is worth the trouble; Bridger must win Patricia’s trust; and Patricia needs to learn which killer killed for gain.
Before Reno—before the riches of Las Vegas—there was Carson City and the surrounding outposts that serviced the gold and silver mines that sprang up in Nevada’s silver rush of the latter 1800s. The Comstock Lode and Ophir Mine brought people of all kinds to the territory, soon after called the Silver State. This land was rugged—as were the people.
Reminiscent of Zane Grey and Louis L’Amour, Ransom Wilcox’s writing comes from intimate knowledge of the era and area. Having lived off the land, Wilcox depended on his wit, grit, and strength—and that of his animals—for survival, just as his characters do. His language weaves technical knowledge, loving care for the soil and its creatures, and folksy euphemism. To Swallow the Earth will make your heart pound and fill your lungs with the rarefied air of the old Sierra Nevadas.
